It should be Kenta suggested.... not was suggested? because was suggested mean something like kenta 被提议. I think what you mention is kenta 提议 am I right?

他告诉我 should be "he told me" instead of "he was told me"。
if you were trying to say 我告诉他， it should then be "he was told BY me"
